Ann went nuts with the camera yesterday and shot a string of 20 photos of Lucy in her arms over the course of three minutes. Most of them are a bit out of focus, but at a small scale you can’t really notice — and the whole series captures a feel for what it’s like to hold and look into the face of this very active little baby. Three weeks

Yesterday was Lucy’s three-week birthday. It is hard to believe how much our lives have changed in that time! Many people advise us (wisely) to cherish these days with her, whether they are joyful or challenging.
