Not a camera trick, but a Photoshop trick: dropped out color in one layer and then punched Lucy out of a second, full-color layer.

You should punch out Wednesday’s drool, do 4 or 5 different color filters, reaggregate, then post them to mooddrool.com. Have a random file generator produce a random draw on the colors, and a “mood ring” key to the interpretation of the drool color. Today, Lucy’s drool means you’re going to have a ___ day.
