Rosie just “turned two”:/news/2010/gimme-a-two/, and she doesn’t quite know all her letters yet, so we realize she isn’t really reading this book. But she’s steaming ahead on a track straight to literacy — and having fun all the way.

So cute! That was one of our favorite train books when Evan was younger. We also enjoyed “Train Song” by Harriet Ziefert. Gail Gibbons had a good one, too. I’m looking forward to talking to Rosie in person in June. She speaks well!
