Our little flower

Lucy’s feet and this open-ended sleeper she’s in look like a flower just opening up.

  1. It’s good to see that Lucy is still alive and well. I had the strangest dream last night that for some reason Allie and I had Lucy and your tiger striped kitten at K-Mart. I bet you didn’t even know you had a tiger striped cat! Well, I was trying to hold Lucy and she kept wiggling out of my arms. A couple of times I lost my grip on her and she ended up hanging upside down. At one point I was holding her upside with her head resting on the floor so I could get a better grip. Luckily Allie never saw this happen. I knew I would get in trouble for it. Well, Lucy survived, but I kind of forgot about her because then I lost your kitten. Of course there seemed to be hundreds of tiger striped kittens in the lobby and parking lot of K-Mart, so I had a little panic as I frantically searched for it. I know in my dream the cat’s name was very clear to me, and I kept calling it, but I don’t remember what it was now. To make a long story short, I eventually found your cat and we put it in Bruce’s pet taxi. I think the dream might have ended there. I’m not sure what scared me more, dropping Lucy on her head or losing your cat.

Good thing it was just a dream. However, having told you that, I don’t expect you to ever let me within reach of your baby girl (or your non-existant cat)! What do you think my dream means? Anyone good at analyzing dreams??

  2. Once I heard that the best way to interpret dreams is to figure out what you were feeling during the dream and then figure out where that same emotion fits into your real life. Maybe you are feeling a bit overwhelmed by new responsibilities. Or maybe you just want a tiger striped kitten.
