These cows get to see the view of the Ammertenhorn and Wildstrubel from Langermatte every day (at least, when it's clear). But for us, it was a spectacular treat. We were on our way to a spur trail up the Oberlaubhorn, after climbing from Iffigenalp — a total ascent of 1,640 feet (500 meters), our greatest climb of the trip. 7/22/04 11:56:57 AM
