Our 2021 Mad Lib<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For Crying Out Loud! It\u2019s a 2021 Boyd Family Mad Lib<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year held many milestones on the home front as on the national stage. We kept quarantine until, after _____ (number)<\/em> days, all four of us were fully vaccinated against _____ (disease)<\/em>. Lucy (age 15) and Rosie (age 13) attended in-person _____ (adj.)<\/em> school for the first time. They also enjoyed an intensive course in _____ (noun)<\/em>-defense. Lucy cut her _____ (body part)<\/em> short, and Rosie _____ (animal)<\/em>-sat for some neighbors for a whole month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last Thanksgiving Ann started logging how many _____ (unit of weight)<\/em>s of _____ (ingredient)<\/em> she uses when baking. The annual total? _____ (number)<\/em>! In July Jon built a Lego model of a _____ (machine)<\/em>, then fell in love with the real thing; he has acquired _____ (number)<\/em> of them, which he regularly uses. At work, Ann got a great start on _____ (gerund)<\/em>, and Jon was named _____ (adj.)<\/em> publisher for IVP Academic.
