Being a curly-girl has given me a certain amount of experience with hair. Especially big hair. Extra-especially because I grew up in the eighties. But I’ve been quite unprepared for the fine, straight locks of our younger daughter.<\/p>\n

Let me tell you the story of Rosie’s hair. Each morning, Rosie wakes up with wild hair.<\/p>\n

\"Morning<\/a><\/p>\n

Then we brush it carefully and put it in a half ponytail — Rosie’s preferred method of keeping the hair out of her soup.<\/p>\n

\"Tidy<\/a><\/p>\n

Then she does a few headstands…<\/p>\n

\"Headstand.\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And ends up with an 18th-century pouf…<\/p>\n

\"In<\/a><\/p>\n

…or something else.<\/p>\n

\"In<\/a><\/p>\n

Luckily, Rosie gets bathed and brushed every evening…<\/p>\n

…but then she sleeps on it …<\/p>\n

and repeat.<\/p>\n
