Cheap, easy, and yummy! Inspired by a dish from the &#8220;Noyes Street Caf\u00c3\u00a9&#8221;:http:\/\/www.noyescafe.com\/ in Evanston. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Spinach \u00c3\u00a0 la Noyes<br \/>\nserves 2<\/p>\n<p>1 10-oz box frozen chopped spinach (*not* thawed)<br \/>\n2-4 garlic cloves<br \/>\nolive oil<br \/>\nfeta cheese<br \/>\ncherry tomatoes<br \/>\nsalt &#038; pepper<\/p>\n<p>Place frozen spinach in covered glass bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, until somewhat warm. In the meantime, heat some olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Press or finely chop garlic and toss into oil. Saut\u00c3\u00a9 for about 30 seconds (don&#8217;t let the garlic burn!). Add spinach and saut\u00c3\u00a9 until heated through, just a couple of minutes. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Divide between two bowls or plates.
