Kay-kay!
A video Daily Lucy, shot February 17, 2008.
It’s a 8.3 MB download and runs 1’08”. Lucy was jamming to the Detholz’s cover of “Rock the Casbah,” when she started thinking of her godmother Linda and godfather derek — whom she calls “kay-kay” here. Her longing is heart-rending, but notice that it can’t entirely suppress her urge to groove.
(By the way, in the video Ann refers to “the derek iPod,” because I have a picture of derek on my iPod that Lucy loves to look at, even though he’s blurry and in the background, playing guitar.)

That is just adorable. So sweet. I miss Linda and derek, too. I miss all of you! And looking at that ipod makes me wish you were all here again.
