One year of Boyds’ Nest News
Today is the first anniversary of Boyds’ Nest News! Thanks for listening in and peeking over our shoulders as we’ve been learning the rhythms of a new family dance.

We never would have imagined how important and influential this blog would be on our parenting. You have stood with us since the very first post as we moaned and groaned while waiting for Lucy to arrive, rejoiced with us in the first few days after her birth, counseled us through a variety of milk- and sleep-related issues, and even shared some of our sillier moments.
We’ve loved having the opportunity to document these first months of Lucy’s life, and we are so grateful that Lucy will someday be able to read and learn how loved she has been by all of you, too! Thanks for caring for our family in this special way.
Love,
Jon, Ann, and The Lu

It has been a pleasure and I too have been thankful for this little cyber community. I have learned many new things from the newer/ new moms here. It truly has been an encouragement. Plus it has inspired us to begin our own blogs!
Blessings and congrats on the 1 year anniversary of BNN.

Isn’t just crazy that a year ago you were still dreaming of your little one and trying to understand what it would be like. Now you can’t remember not having her. Just some 20 days and she will be 1, WOWOw….but she will think she is two and well, joys of tempers and fantastic steps coming your way.
Thanks for sharing your journey.

A cutting-edge, web “must see.”
Run, don’t walk, to this 21st century palimpsest.

I don’t think I’ve ever posted a comment here before, but I visit to see what’s happening in your lives nearly every week. I love having a little window into life at the Boyds! And it’s been a joy to watch Lucy grow. God bless you!
