Throw all the wives tales out. I was so much sicker with Mo than with Kaia. His heart beat also was borderline on the girl side. But at the 18 week u/s he was definitely all boy and refused to stop showing off his appendage to the technician and us. I'm so thrilled for you! After the very scary week at the hospital with Mo, I realized just how precious their little lives are to me. When we have more children I think our love just grows more to accomodate the size of our family.

This pregnancy has been a *little* different for me, but not a ton. The biggest difference was the longer and more intense morning sickness. I've heard that having a girl can make you feel sicker, but we already had a girl, so who knows? I really have no hunches about this one -- I figure it will be one or the other!

Hooray for a little sister for Maddy!

I wondered if Ella was really a girl until she came out! I guess it's just hard to believe until you see the parts, so to speak.

It is so fun to have a bump!

Does it feel different with this one? For me it seems so completely different. This one is constantly moving and I have felt her since 14 weeks (now 26). Every thing is so bland tasting, I hate eating because their is no satisfaction. Yet it is nice not to be throwing still (I did for all 9 months with Maddy).
We look forward to hearing baby gender news. We are having a second girl (yeay, this is what I really want, although boys are okay too) ...but something inside wonders if it really is a girl?? I guess we will wait and see.
